Hello food lovers. So I'm a closet fat kid and have been ever since I was little. For as long as I can remember, I've been working out and playing around with my diet in hopes of keeping the inner fat girl as a persona rather than an unfortunate reality.
With all of the diets that I've tried over the years, the one that seems to stick most of the time is the Paleo diet or the caveman diet. The big appeal to me was always the non-existing portions. From what I've read, as long as you follow the Paleo guidelines you can eat as much as you want and whenever you're hungry. I'm pretty good for the most part - I exercise 5-6 times a week and usually make healthy eating decisions, but I haven't been super strict in tracking my 80/20 eating habits. Today that's all going to change...
This morning I've decided to hop on the challenge train and attempt a challenge of my own: 45 day Paleo and Fitness challenge.
For 45 days, I will:
I will track my progress here and share the results at the end of the 45 day period (did I mention day 45 is Thanksgiving Day? Super excited....
I invite you to follow along in my journey (see 45 day log) through this challenge and send any comment my way (see below)! No one said this would be easy... but I'm banking on it being worth it...
